We are able to made casts from materials set by norm STN, ČSN, DIN, ISO. For this purpose we use spark Spectrometer. Our casts become with certificate of chemical composition. For dimension presicion we use 3D measurement unit Wenzel, we also have machines for testing of mechanical properties. Analyses of chemical compositions or precision measurement with 3D unit are set for external customers too.
Production series could be from 10 up to 1 milion pieces per year. Delivery terms from drawings to mass production 6-8 weeks ussually. We offer our customers desing of the casts from sample or drawings, also design and production of moulds.
Quality control management is certified from 2001 by EN ISO 9001:2000.
